PAYMENT

Payment for services is due at the time of your departure

Late fee $25.00 if payment is not made at that time

NSF CHECKS $30.00

REFUNDS

No refunds after 60 days

KEYS

Two keys will be picked up at the consultation

The charge for duplicating keys if client only has one is $5.00 per key.

Pick up or delivery of keys after consultation -$10.00

Mail back after visits -- $5.00

These charges will appear on your confirmation/invoice to be paid in advance of your visits as agreed at consultation

Locksmith fee $75.00 - If we have a tested key and cannot get in, this charge is in addition to whatever the locksmith charges
